                        Well, as you know I have owned and operated my own travel agencies, and as a former VP & Director of Training & Development for Uniglobe Western Canada and management consultant and trainer to the trade I have worked with numerous agency owners running agencies doing twenty million, forty million plus - to start up. It's this experience I draw on when I offer tips, tools and strategic advice here on this page or in the SMP Newsletter and Blog.

                        If you want and need someone to coach you, your senior and executive teams, your board and your front line teams you'll know that I understand agency management from the ground up. Also through my work with travel trade call centres I can assist your call centre management team to build sales, service and referrals.
