Consent to the SMP Privacy Policy
By providing SMP with Personal Information, you signify that
you agree with the terms of our current Privacy Policy as
posted here. If you do not agree with any term in this Policy,
please do not provide any Personal Information. If you choose
not to provide Personal Information, you can still make a
purchase but may not be able to do certain things such as
participate in surveys, competitions or access particular
areas of our website .
Collection
of Personal Information
As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information”
means personally identifiable information such as your name,
street address, telephone number, credit card information
and email address. When you provide us with Personal Information,
you are authorizing us to use that information in accordance
with the terms of this Privacy Policy, which includes your

When you supply us with your Personal Information we will
use it for the express purpose for which it was collected
(e.g., to allow you to purchase a product, register for a
workshop or tele-seminar or to send you an order confirmation).

and services that may be of interest to you. At any time,
however, you may opt out of such contact.

requested from us. That is, if you order a product or service

in any other way. SMP Training Co., does not sell Personal

you voluntarily. We do not use “cookies” or any
other electronic means to collect additional information during
your visit to our web site, such as the particular site areas
you visit or the products or services you buy through our

trying to improve how we promote our web site, we may measure
the effectiveness of our web presence by determining what
you clicked on to get to our site. Site measurement statistics
may be used to evaluate - anonymously and in the aggregate

Basic business information generally found on a business card.

does my information reside?
All customer information resides in one SMP computer - accessible
only by the principle, Steve Crowhurst.
How
does SMP use client information?
SMP uses this information internally for the purpose of:

recording who is attending an SMP workshop
- surveying prior to attending a workshop
- post workshop follow up, coaching, consulting
- permission based marketing
What
information is passed on and to whom?

No customer information is passed on or sold to any third
party.
- At the request of a customer their name would be referred
to a third party for the purpose of networking and new business
opportunities - however, SMP reserves the right to decline
from making such business connections.
- SMP does not use past or current clients as a marketing/validation
tool without gaining permission first.
What
happens to my personal comments made in a survey prior to
a workshop?
Personal
needs and challenges are often surveyed prior to delivering
a workshop. This is done in order to customize a workshop
to suit the client's training situation and desired outcome/s.
All personal statements gathered are recorded, analysed and
then destroyed. During the analytical process this information
remains private between the employee and SMP. No personal
statement information is released to the client company.
How
do I unsubscribe / remove my information from SMP files?
Contact
SMP by email and make the request. From time to time SMP will
contact each client to update their information - the client
may, at this time, refuse to update their file and unsubscribe.
