Delivery
Unless specified all SMP products are downloaded in PDF format. When CD's are purchased delivery will be by regular mail or, as and when requested, a courier system. Delivery charges will be added to the cost.

Returns
Due to the nature of the product it is difficult for SMP to ascertain whether or not a "returned" product/s remain on the purchasers computer or have been printed and retained - therefore all sales are final. Please make sure you review SMP products in detail or request an overview before making your purchase.

Price
If a Product is quoted at an incorrect price, higher or lower, due to typographical error or error in pricing information: (1) SMP has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the Product quoted at the incorrect price, even if we have confirmed the receipt of your order and charged your credit or debit card; and, (2) if SMP has charged your credit or debit card but subsequently canceled your order, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit or debit card account for the amount charged; and (3) if SMP has overcharged your account, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit or debit card account for the overcharged amount.

Tax
Canadian orders are subject to GST. There is no tax charged on international orders.
