A few years ago it finally dawned on me that my ultimate path was in the development and sharing of new business generating ideas and this focus has become SMP's true reason for being.
The NBG methodology & techniques can be applied to almost any person, department and job function in the travel and tourism industry.
The SMP - NBG difference is that I tend to share the knowledge openly versus keeping information close to my chest.
